VSNL, Singapore Telecom sign pact for leased lines

According to a VSNL statement, the initiative was launched with the signing of an agreement between VSNL Acting Chairman and Managing Director Amitabh Kumar and Managing Director, Global Business, Singapore Telecommunications, Victor Kwok.

Under the new agreement, VSNL and Singiei will use a highly advanced network management tool that will enable both companies to view international leased circuit status end-to-end.

This state-of-art facility for management of leased lines is expected to enable fault detection location and rectification in a proactive manner.
