Biswal sworn in as Orissa CMA three-member ministry headed by Chief Minister Hemananda Biswal was sworn in in Bhubaneswar today. Orissa Governor M M Rajendran administered the oath of office and secrecy to the chief minister and other ministers at a simple function in the Raj Bhawan. Biswal is the 16th chief minister of the state. The other ministers who took the oath are former water resources minister Basant Kumar Biswal and former revenue minister Jagannath Patnaik. All the three ministers took their oath in Oriya. Former chief ministers Nandini Satpathy, J B Patnaik and Giridhar Gamang and several former ministers and senior bureaucrats were present. Besides, Congress observers Motilal Vora, Vayalar Ravi and Ramesh Chennithala attended the ceremony. UNI
