Supporters of Dara Singh and his associates who were convicted by an Orissa court in the Graham Staines murder case have given a bandh call in the northern district of Mayurbhanj on Tuesday to protest the judgment.

Dara Sena, an organisation that claims a large support base in the district among tribals, has given the call, a police official told rediff.com

Security has been tightened in the district, he added.

On Monday police arrested two persons, who were shouting slogans and claimed to be the supporters of Dara Singh, from outside the court.
