A 15-year-old schoolgirl was allegedly kidnapped by three persons, including a policeman, and gangraped in a moving car on Monday, police said.

A case has been registered against an 18-year-old, Sonu, and two others whose names were not disclosed by police.

No one has been arrested so far, Superintendent of Police Govind Agarwal said.

The girl's father who runs a public call office said she was going to school when the men forced her into a car.

She was dumped on a road in an unconscious state, he said.

She told her parents and police that one of the kidnappers was wearing a police uniform.

The girl has been sent for medical examination, Agarwal said. He said all the three, including the policeman, would be arrested soon.

PCO and traders' associations condemned the incident and demanded stern action against the accused.

This is the second such case in the district this year.

In February, a woman from Ahmedabad was alleged to have been raped in a moving car in Mohan Nagar area.
