Amreek Singh of Punjab, whose four-year-old son has been missing since November 2005, is looking for a desperate clue to the child's fate, which has brought him to Nithari village.

He fears his son may have met the same fate as several other victims of the Nithari serial killings as the main suspect Mohinder Singh Pandher was a frequent visitor to his locality in Ambala.

According to Singh, his residence in Ambala is a short distance away from a petrol pump owned by Pandher.

"Both Pandher and his servant Surendra were frequent visitors to the pump and I had seen them around the same time my son dissappeared," Singh, who has come all the way from Ambala to Noida after hearing about the murders, told PTI.

"After hearing about this horrific incident, I approached the police in Ambala who asked me to go to Noida and find out if my son was also among the victims," he said.

Singh said his son Amandeep had been playing near his house one day in November 2005 when he suddenly went missing and no trace has been found of him since then.

"I have spoken with the police in Noida and they have asked me to give photographs of my son," he said.
