BJP condemns Lalu's 'road roller' comments

The Bharatiya Janata Party [ Images ] on Tuesday sharply reacted to Union Railway Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad Yadav's [ Images ] comment against BJP's Pilibhit [ Images ] candidate Varun Gandhi [ Images ].

BJP spokesman and Member of Parliament Balbir Punj, while speaking to media persons in New Delhi [ Images ] on Tuesday, urged upon Prime Minister Manmohan Singh [ Images ] to drop Lalu Prasad as he has instigated one particular community and said that he would have driven a road roller against Varun Gandhi.

Balbir Punj also stated that Lalu Prasad should also be arrested under the National Security Act as he has also made a provocative speech.
