Samir Nasri has signed a four-year contract with Premier League Arsenal for a fee of 16.8 million euros ($26.09 million), the France midfielder's web site said on Monday.
"We inform you that Samir will no longer be an Olympique Marseille player next season and that he has signed a four-year contract with London club Arsenal," said a statement.
Nasri, 20, has won 12 international caps and was a member of the French team which bowed out of Euro 2008 after finishing bottom of their group with one point and one goal in three matches.
He made two appearances during the tournament, both as a substitute.
