The Taleban regime was playing host to
"A movement by the terrorists towards Kashmir is always possible," ambassador to France Kanwal Sibal told mediapersons at a press conference in Paris.
Not having the option of fleeing to Pakistan, which is under scrutiny by the international community, J&K would be the only option for these terrorists, Sibal said.
On the post-Taleban set up in Afghanistan, Sibal said, "Our position is flexible. We have to leave the Afghans to find a solution on their own."
India's special envoy on Afghanistan, S K Lambah, is currently in Bonn (Germany) where various Afghan factions have agreed to meet to discuss the formation of a broad-based representative government to replace the Taleban regime.
