Body double to sue director Shashilal Nair
Desperation forced Jessica to agree to Ek Chhotisi Love Story

Manisha Koirala's body double Jessica has gathered the courage to stand up and speak against Shashilal Nair, director of Ek Chhotisi Love Story.
Jessica did the role only out of desparation as she needed the money for her mother's cancer treatment.
Nair had promised Jessica Rs 25,000 for the role. "But he gave me only Rs 12,000 for the role and Rs 8,000 for signing the affidavit," claims Jessica. "I am now going to claim Rs 5 lakh from him as compensation and cheating me."
Nair does not seem to be disturbed by her threat. "Does she want it for the picnic she had during the shooting of the film? Ask her what exactly does she mean by her claim [that I cheated her]."
Jessica has been doing such roles with the recent one being playing double for Bipasha Basu in one of her films. She says, "I am doing some television serials, but I really don't remember the names since it is all done by my coordinator."
Meanwhile, the Mumbai High Court has dismissed Manisha Koirala's petition objecting to nude scenes in the film. Nair therefore officially released the film at Pride Multiplex in Pune. "I am planning to release the film September 6. We are looking for theatres, Gossip [in Mumbai] is one of them."
When quizzed whether he was planning to organise a trial of the film, Nair quips, "A lot of people want to see the trial, including Manisha, who has said she wants to watch it with her family."
When asked whether the whole issue was just a farce to get the film the necessary hype, Nair said, "It has damaged my film rather than help it. People are now going to come into the theatres wanting to see nude scenes which is not there."
Ek Chhotisi Love Story is about a 15-year-old boy falling in love with a woman much older than him.
