'Comparing anyone to Dilip Kumar is belittling Dilip Kumar'

He is outstanding as an actor. He is also a brilliant human being.

It is tough to decide which part of him is better -- Dilip Kumar the actor or Dilip Kumar the person. He is what everyone in the film industry should strive to be.

A whole generation of actors has been completely inspired by him. He is an institution in himself.

Notice the immense intensity of his performances and the immense command wields over the whole medium, whether it is language or celluloid. It is absolutely fascinating.

I think you have to be very, very gifted and blessed to be like him.

When people say I am like him, I know it is a compliment. However, I don't think it is right to say that. Somewhere, comparing anyone to Dilip Kumar is belittling Dilip Kumar.
