Kumaraswamy's father-in-law dead

T C Seetharam, father-in-law of Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy, died in Bangalore on Wednesday in a private hospital following a cardiac arrest, official sources said.

Seetharam was 68 and is survived by wife, two daughters, including Anita, wife of Kumaraswamy, and two sons.

Kumaraswamy-led JD (S)-BJP coalition government won the vote of confidence in the state assembly Wednesday night.
