Leaders of the Communist Party of India [ Images ]- Marxist, Telugu Desam Party and the Communist Party of India are in 'constant touch' with All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam [ Images ] chief Jayalalithaa [ Images ], ahead of the counting of votes for the Lok Sabha polls on Saturday, sources close to the Tamil leader said on Friday.
The sources, however, said no Bharatiya Janata Party [ Images ] leader is in touch with her.
CPI-M [ Images ] General Secretary Prakash Karat [ Images ], Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu [ Images ] and CPI General Secretary A B Bardhan discussed the emerging political situation in the country with Jayalalithaa over the phone, sources said.
Jayalalithaa is likely to be in New Delhi [ Images ] on May 18 for consultations on government formation, they said.
