Who will rule India next five years? Will Manmohan Singh return? Will L K Advani take over? Or any other leader?

The answer wil be known tomorrow. At 8am, the counting will begin.The Election Commission has made elaborate arrangements for the counting -- both the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections.
