Shabana Azmi

We went to the same college, St Xavier's, Mumbai. She was my first professional subject. She got me to do a photo-shoot for her and loved the result.

After that, she insisted that only I would shoot all her pictures. I was not sure she was doing the right thing because at that time, I had absolutely no experience. But she insisted.

After Shabana, I also shot model-turned-actors like Jackie Shroff, Tina Munim and Suresh Oberoi during my stint at Lintas.
